FC Annual Edition
A consistent development of the previous FA and FB designs, the FC makes further advances from the point of view of innovative choices in the areas of form, materials and performance. Adopting the principles which have always ruled the beating heart of the Ferrari philosophy, Montegrappa has been inspired in its new creation by the concept of challenge: the challenge of sport, paying tribute in its lines and colours to the world of the Ferrari Challenge (now contested by 360 Modena which will be joined by new F430 Challenge,) and the challenge of technology, through the use of new and sophisticated materials in the search for aerodynamic lightness and speed. FC Annual Edition is available in three versions: sterling silver, steel and black carbon fibre (fountain pen, rollerball pen and ballpoint pen); sterling silver and a special aluminium alloy lacquered in Red Racing decorated with the Italian tricolour (fountain pen, rollerball pen and ballpoint pen); 18K pink gold and Ingrid grey lacquer (fountain pen). The presentation box is made of wood lacquered in Racing Red, with silver plated plaques (gilded in the gold version), reproducing the 'Montegrappa for Ferrari' logo and the Ferrari 360 Modena. The interior recalls the upholstery of Ferrari cars with its beige colour and hand-stiching.
