1   Fountain pen with double-cartridge filling (figure 1)

1. Unscrew the end part of the barrel and remove the cartridge holder.
2. Take 2 cartridges.
3. Insert the first cartridge upside-down towards the end part of the barrel and then the other one, facing in the opposite direction, until it clicks.
4. Reinsert the cartridge holder inside the pen.
5. Screw back the end part of the barrel so as to enable the ink to flow into the feeder.
6. The system works also without the reserve cartridge. We recommend using Montegrappa inks, which have been developed to ensure the best operation of our pens.
When changing the ink colour, we advise first removing the cartridge holder and rinsing the nib under cold running water.

The system of opening/closing the cap.

Neither a click nor a screw, this rather recalls a curving, fluid movement like that of a car entering a fast chicane. The little relief button on the section must be inserted in the groove inside the cap.
How to open the pen:

To close the pen, do the same in the opposite direction.
